"Lifetime coverage for the locks and other hardware." But that's not all. Vytex windows come with a five-year glass breakage warranty. If your window breaks any time, any way for the first five years it is covered, no questions.* A warranty this strong demonstrates Vytex's confidence and its assurance of value now and in the future.

WINDOW UNIT - LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Vytex agrees to provide, at the factory, FREE OF CHARGE, a replacement for any window part which affects the operation of the window, except glass or screening.

INSULATING GLASS UNIT - 25 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Vytex warrants that, under normal conditions, material obstruction of vision resulting from film formation or dust collection between the interior glass surfaces of the insulation unit will not occur for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase. Small marks, scratches and spots which do not exceed federal government specifications DD-04516 do not make insulating glass units defective.

Condensation on windows is the natural result of moisture in the house and does not indicate faulty installation or product defect. Changes in temperature and humidity may create conditions af condensation.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects as specified herein and does not include material that requires replacement because of mishandling, misuse, abuse, accidents, acts of nature, chemical pollutants in the atmosphere, improper installation, normal weathering, or any other cause beyond the control of the manufacturer. Vytex's obligation under this warranty is limited to furnishing replacement material and does not cover any possible labor charges. Vytex shall have the right to substitute a compatible part or component over the warranted time period.

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, express or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Some rights may vary from state to state.
